Crispy cakes

This simple chocolate cakes are perfect for little children.
For a Easter twist place mini eggs on the top. You can also add a couple of sweets for a twist. For a more sticky recipe add a table spoon of golden syrup.

Ingredients
1 table spoon of golden syurp
40g of rice Krispes.
100g of milk chocolate.

Method.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 20 secs at a time until melted.

Put the melted chocolate in a bowl with the rice krispes.

Mix until well coated.

Spoon in the mixture into 8 – 10 paper cases.

But in the fridge for ten mins.

Optional: add sweets.

Fairy cakes

One of the easiest recipes to make they are great for beginners. These are a perfect rainy day activity.

Ingredient:
100g of softened butter.
100g of caster sugar
2 eggs
100g of self raising flour.
1 leval teaspoon of baking powder.

Method.
Pre heat the oven to fan 180c, gas 6.

Measure all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Beat for 2 – 3 minutes until smooth.

Fill each paper case with the mixture.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until well risen and golden.

Once cool , take the paper cases out of the tin.

Place on wire rack.

Now you can make icing:

Ingredients:
225g of icing sugar
2-3 tablespoons of water

Put the icing sugar in a bowl and blend with water.

Now decorate with sweets.

Simple cookies

This easy recipe is perfect for all ages. To shake this recipe up you can add all sorts of stuff. Perfect for parties and bake sales.

Makes 14
Ingredients:
150g self raising flour
100g butter
100g light brown muscovado.
sugar.
1 tablespoon of golden.
syrup.
Extras
85g Smarties
85g Chocolate chips
85g Jelly tots

How to make it.

Pre heat the oven to 180 c.

Weigh out ingredients.

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl.

Beat in syrup.

Beat in half the flour, now beat in the rest of the flour.

Work dough between your fingers.

Divide into 14 balls and place them on two baking sheets.

Bake them for six minutes then turn them around then bake for another six minutes.

Put them on a wire rack.
